What about hard cover
It does not handle hard covers, just soft covers.
All duplo's support is just as android as this worthless guy on video. They will not help you with manuals, information, details or anything for that matter. At best they will keep you on phone/email for a day and send you off next day. Fix your problems your self. Earlier this year i reverse engineered their PC controller soft and others, I'm still wondering if i should blackmail them as revenge for poor treatment. Imagine if people knew there was way to turn off hardware key, run soft completely without it and much more.

I worked for Direct fairways and their sister company Digital Fairways. I was in the golf dept. an exclusive team of 6. This company is a complete money grab scam. The physical products are extremely low quality (I’m a avid golfer) most of the information in the books are off or poorly done. The main focus is selling the ad space in the books. The sales teams over sell by tens of thousands of dollars on some courses scamming local businesses out of their hard earned money. I also believe there is a class action lawsuit against them. Also the BBB rating is extremely low and all negative ratings are true I saw it all first hand.

Keep getting J8-1 exit tray message and can only feed 3 sheets at a time
on the exit of the machine there are 3 cut-outs for exit sensors. they either have dust on or you have a slit running directly in line with one. try shifting your slit positions away from the cut-outs.
